Ways to overcome from stress-

As we all know that stress is not good for us and also not good for our health. But the condition of today’s scenario is very difficult to stay away from the stress. Every day something happens which leads to take stress in our daily life. We don’t need to take stress because it always damage mentally our self.
There are some tips that reduce the stress and provides the feeling of relaxation.

1.Exercise:

As we know that exercise is good 0for our physical and mental condition. But many times we don’t take it seriously and we think but not take it in our daily routine.
The fact behind exercise is that when we do physically something like running and other activities, the blood flow increases that leads to provide sufficient oxygen in every part of the body mainly brain that is a important part. When sufficient blood supplies to the brain it helps to reduces the stress and also improve our thinking power and also increases the secretion of some endogenous chemicals which help to stay happy.
So if you think to do exercise, remember these above points that will help you to keep it in daily routine.

2.Laugh:

As you know very well that laughing is a best medicine for a good mind and for a healthy body.
In our contry there are many show are popular which is depend on comedy,means everyone wants to laugh because in this era , man have so many tension and he want to be happy, so these type of comedy dhows helps you to laugh.
You can laugh with your friends and family and the main benefit is that you will be happy with them and also they will be happy for you. So laugh when you can , it will make a positive impact on both of your mind and body.

3.Music:

Everyone love music because it feels good. Depend on your choice you can listen a variety of songs that helps to make your mood and feels you happy and good.
Music has lots of category so if you want to be stress free person, you can choose classical music to listen because it is good for our mind and thoughts to feel good.
Please don’t listen sad music, because it will impact negativity on your mind that will decrease your happiness and increase sadness and stress.

4.Keep yourself near Nature:

From decades, nature is the best friend of us, it not take anything from us to provide oxygen , fruits, water and many things.
When we go to the garden and other places that is near to nature, we feel good and refreshed because when come to contact with natural air, it contains pure oxygen that help us to feel good and refreshed.
In big cities, there is a lack of sufficient oxygen in air and also this consist of harmful gases which is not suitable for human body that increases the chances of headace and other physical problems.
So Keep in touch with nature.

5.Roaming:

Once a weekend you have to hangout with friends or family , keep your all problems away at that day and enjoy with family or friends. Make a list of places where you will go for picnic.
Keep your phone  and laptot away from you and enjoy the whole day. Play mind games and physical games with friends and family to improve brain power and also for being physically active.

6.Motivational Videos:

There are lots of videos available on the youtube that is help to being happy and also sometimes that helps you to come out from stress.

And also there is lots of other motivational videos available that will help you to find a solution of your problem.

7.Deep breathing:

When your mind is out of control, and you feels that you don’t have any control on situation ,
Take a deep breath , that will help to provide sufficient amount of blood to your brain, because when brain takes sufficient oxygen, it will take right decision in the wrong situation.
And also good blood supply to your brain is always needed for a healthy brain and body.
