7 Achievements of ISRO That Have Made us Proud on India

Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has always been proud of India today, and on February 15, 2017, PSLV-C37 created 104 satellites together in the Earth's orbit, and created the world record for launching the highest satellites simultaneously. ISRO once again showed the world the power of India's power
Indian Space Research Organization was formed on August 15, 1969 under the leadership of Dr. Vikram Sarabhai. Ever since then, ISRO has always honored India.
Can we imagine that in 1963 the parts of India's first rocket were brought on a cycle and today the Space Institute of India, "ISRO" is one of the world's most successful space organizations.

This shows that how India's space scientists have made India the pioneer in the field of space science.
We are really fortunate that our Space Research Organization, ISRO gives us a chance to peek in space, so that we can get the right information about the activities happening there and the realization of the mysterious events. Let's know the achievements of "ISRO" on which every Indian is proud.

ISRO's ACHIEVEMENTS

FIRST INDIGENOUS SATELLITE LAUNCH VEHICLE (SLV-3)

This launch vehicle was launched by Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) on 18 July 1980 and President A.K. P.J. Abdul Kalam was the project director of SLV-3. Before India, only five space organizations in the world were able to do this. The launch of SLV-3 was a historic milestone for the Indian space program. Due to the successful launch of the SLV-3, the path of creating a more technologically capable launch vehicle for "ISRO" was paved.

CHANDRAYAAN-I:

Chandrayaan-I, India's first mission for the moon, was launched on October 22, 2008. Chandrayaan-I was successfully launched successfully by PSLV-C11 from Sriharikota Space Center. The spacecraft was circled around the Moon at a height of 100 kilometers from Moon's surface for moon's chemical, mineral and photographic geological mapping. The spacecraft carried 11 scientific instruments manufactured in India, USA, UK, Germany, Sweden and Bulgaria.

MARS ORBITER MISSION (MOM)

The beginning of "Mars Orbiter Mission - Mangalyaan" was one of the most glorious moments in India's space history. ISRO made history successfully by launching Mangalyaan in the first attempt. India is the first country to reach Mars in an earlier effort. And then the cost of Mars Orbiter Mission is only 450 crore, which is the lowest cost Mars mission in the world till now.
On 5th November 2013, the Mangalya traveled 6660 lakh kilometers and successfully entered the Mars house on September 24, 2014. Mangalyaan aims to observe the surface of Mars, morphology, mineral and environmental inspection. Apart from this, its purpose is to provide information about life on the house in the past, with a specific search of methane in the atmosphere of Mars.

NAVIC - INDIAN SATELLITE NAVIGATION SYSTEM

India has successfully launched its GPS Satellite NAVIK (Navigation with Indian Constellation) in April, 2016 to set up its own GPS system. It also works in the range of around 1500 square kilometers in addition to India. With this help, the weather, aviation and more precise information will be available in different areas. India is the fifth country in the world to set up its own navigation system.

REUSABLE LAUNCH VEHICLE - (RLV-TD)

Reusable Launch Vehicle is a very challenging project for ISRO because it has to create a satellite launch vehicle, which can be used again. ISRO has designed the reusable Launch Vehicle - Technology Demonstration (RLV-TD) by combining both the aircraft and the launch vehicle to make the launch vehicle coming back into space, and ISRO has designed the RLV-TD In the first successful test of May, 2016, ISRO will make a reusable launch vehicle within a few years, thereby reducing the cost of reaching the space.

LAUNCHING 20 SATELLITES, 2016

In June 2016, ISRO launched 20 satellites with the same rocket and created a new record. In this mission, 20 different satellites weighing 1288 kgs were launched by PSLV launch vehicle.

GSLV MK-III X / CARE

In December 2014, ISRO tested one of its most heavily rocket GSLV MK III. It weighs 630 tons and is capable of carrying 4 tons of weight. It also took along the capsule of unmanned crew made in India, which is designed to carry three astronauts. This was an important test to launch heavy satellites in space.

POLAR SATELLITE LAUNCH VEHICLE (PSLV-C37)

ISRO made a world record for launching one of the highest satellites on February 15, 2017 by installing PSLV-C37 with 104 satellites in Earth orbit. ISRO once again showed the world the power of India's power
